money order. Please take in account the time in transit it takes us to
receive the funds
and allow 7 extra
working days for checks to clear.

Shipping and Delivery Information.
Most items will ship from our warehouse in
Keller, Texas between Dallas and Fort Worth.
We
ship UPS and via USPS. We ship all orders ground or most economical way
unless otherwise
requested by the shipper. We charge actual shipping rates, no packaging
or handling fees.
These rates only apply to the continental US.
Most orders ship within 2 business days, holidays and weekends do not apply as
most carriers
do
not accept packages for delivery on these days.
Generally, delivery time is 4-5 working days after order is shipped in the
Midwest and 5-8 working
days
in other areas. We do provide tracking numbers so you can view your
order progress online.
We
can ship outside the continental US and Canada, you would have to email your
item information,
and
complete shipping destination or request a weight and dimensions and you can
go to www.ups.com
or
www.usps.com to calculate the rates for the
various services and shipping methods available.
We
do not accept international orders or any orders overseas.
We
can ship most items via an upgraded service such as 2nd day air, Next day air
via UPS at the
customers expense. You can request a weight and dimension via
this email link or call us at
817-741-9297 so that we can check inventory to guarantee shipment and
delivery.
Returns
We represent all items
as fully and accurately as possible and try to ensure the highest possible
quality.
We always accept
returns with the exception of special cut, printed or special order merchandise
and seasonal
merchandise cannot be
returned within 7 days of the Holiday. We will refund the items minus the
actual shipping cost.
Where you request a
refund that is no fault of Diy Papers, we ask that you use the same shipping
container,
please include your
name and reason for return and email or call ahead so we know to look for it.
Upon receiving
it back in it's
original condition, we will process your refund minus our actual shipping cost.
