Shipping and Delivery Information.
We ship UPS and via USPS. We ship all orders ground or most economical way unless otherwise
requested by the shipper. We charge actual shipping rates, no packaging or handling fees.
These rates only apply to the continental US.
Most orders ship within 2 business days, holidays and weekends do not apply as most carriers
do not accept packages for delivery on these days.
Generally, delivery time is 4-5 working days after order is shipped in the Midwest and 5-8 working
days in other areas. We do provide tracking numbers so you can view your order progress online.
We can ship outside the continental US and Canada, you would have to email your item information,
and complete shipping destination or request a weight and dimensions and you can go to www.ups.com
or www.usps.com to calculate the rates for the various services and shipping methods available.
We can ship most items via an upgraded service such as UPS 3 day, 2nd day air and Next day air via UPS at the

transit times. - Orders after Noon Central time will not ship until the next business day, UPS does
not pick up on Saturday or Sundays.
Paypal will not calculate overnight services, just email us and we can quickly send a Paypal invoice for the
upgraded service you request.

We always accept returns with the exception of special cut, printed or special order merchandise and seasonal
merchandise cannot be returned within 7 days of the Holiday.
We will refund the items minus the actual shipping cost.
Where you request a refund that is no fault of Diy Papers, we ask that you use the same shipping container,
please include your name and reason for return and email or call ahead so we know to look for it. Upon receiving
it back in it's original condition, we will process your refund minus our actual shipping cost.

Most returns go to Diy Papers - 530 Eldridge #0-8, Lawrence, Kansas 66049 - some orders that ship directly
from the mill we return there, though a R/A will be required.
In the event of the need for a replacement item or item missing, please notify us within 48 hours after receipt of order
so that we have a chance to respond in a timely fashion.
